METHOD

Standards, not content dumps.

Every week has a lesson, a drill, and a review. If the writing is vague, the week is not finished.

1. Lesson

A short recorded briefing. One idea. No filler montage.

2. Drill

A written artifact: map, checklist, or memo. Length is capped on purpose.

3. Review

Comments on clarity, evidence, and risk language. Not on whether we “like the trade.”

The memo bar

If a sentence cannot survive those five questions, it does not ship.
